ABIS Arms Layaway Terms
ABIS Arms offers Forty-Five (45) layaways on products we sell. ALL LAYAWAYS are subject to these terms and conditions.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON LAYAWAY ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON.
Layaways are charged a $20.00 account setup fee, applied to the total invoice price.
25% of the total invoice price is due to start a layaway and this secures the products and/or services.
The total amount of the invoice MUST be PAID IN FULL by the CLOSE OF BUSINESS on the 45th day from the date the layaway started, or the products/item and ALL PAYMENTS MADE will be forfeited to ABIS Arms.
ABIS Arms, at its sole discretion, MAY grant a SINGLE fifteen (15) extension to a layaway for an added $15.00 charge, for a total of sixty (60) days. If an extension is approved, the total invoice balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL by the sixty (60th) day, by the close of business or ALL PAYMENTS AND THE PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICE ARE FORFEITED TO ABIS ARMS.
ABIS Arms reserves the right to refuse ANY layaway! LAYAWAY IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY AND ALL REASONS!!
***NFA items (Suppressors, SBR, SBS) MUST be paid in full before paperwork is started.
