Cerakote Lifetime Warranty:
ALL Cerakote work completed by ABIS Arms is covered by a lifetime warranty.
The cerakote finish is covered for the lifetime of the firearm and/or parts that have the work performed by ABIS Arms. We DO NOT provide coverage to ANY work do ANYWHERE other than ABIS Arms. The warranty covers defects like cracking, peeling, flaking, or corrosion.This warranty guarantees the quality of the application, not against normal holster wear, friction, or abuse. Holster wear and friction marks happen regardless of the finish of a firearms and is completely normal and expected to occur. ABIS Arms will redo the cerakote finish, free of charge if the event is a covered failure of the cerakote occurring. ABIS Arms will only redo the cerakote in the same colors/patterns, etc as the firearm had when a claim is made for warranty coverage. ABIS Arms MAY allow changes from the original colors/patterns, at its discretion, for a fee. ALL CERAKOTE WORK COMPLETED BY ABIS ARMS IS MARKED IN A WAY THAT IS IDENTIFIBLY BY ABIS ARMS. If your firearms isn't marked, generally in a hidden area, by our mark, then the work was not completed by ABIS Arms and IS NOT COVERED!
Custom Built Rifle Warranty:
ALL Custom Order Rifles built by ABIS Arms, using ABIS ARMS PARTS, are covered by a lifetime warranty. This warranty does NOT cover ANY firearms or products not built by ABIS Arms, nor does it cover rifles, shotguns, and/or pistol ASSEMBLED from customer supplied parts by ABIS Arms. For warranty coverage on NEW firearms, contact the manufacture of the firearm. ABIS Arms can assist you in getting the firearm to the manufacture if needed, but YOU would be responsible for ALL shipping cost.
For the Life of our product
The liability of ABIS Arms under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair or replace the firearm/part or defect at its discretion, and to return the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim. This warranty is transferable for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm or part. Modification of firearm will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear or any damage resulting from careless handling, neglect, repairs and adjustments, corrosion, improper, substandard or defective ammunition.
What we don't cover
Under no circumstances shall ABIS Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether as a result of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. ABIS Arms will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, defective, low-quality, reloaded, or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
