Terms & Conditions
Important information about ordering merchandise and firearm transfers from ABIS Arms.
ONLINE STORE PRELAUNCH REVIEW. These are the proposed customer terms for ABIS Arms online orders. Ordering and payments are disabled on this staging site. Terms take effect for online orders only when approved and published as part of the authorized store launch.
Who may place an order
Access to the ABIS Arms website is intended for visitors aged 21 or older and requires a 21+ self-confirmation on entry. This confirmation does not establish legal eligibility, verify identity or replace age checks required for checkout or firearm transfers. Buyers must be legally eligible to purchase, receive and possess the items ordered. Age, identification, residency and other legal requirements depend on the product and destination. Orders made on behalf of prohibited persons, for unlawful transfers, or with false information will not be accepted.
Product availability and pricing
Products marked “Available from Distributor” are not physically in stock at ABIS Arms. Supplier inventory, prices, photos and estimates may change. ABIS Arms verifies eligibility, supplier availability, actual charges and fulfillment terms before confirming an order. We will explain material changes and obtain consent when required; unavailable or unlawful orders may be cancelled with appropriate refunds.
Payment, order confirmation and tax
Checkout will use an approved payment processor once activated. Placing an order does not authorize the release of a firearm. Orders require ABIS confirmation, and applicable sales tax, shipping, transfer and other fees will be disclosed before payment. We do not guarantee a supplier’s stock until confirmed.
Firearms, receiving FFL and pickup
Firearms shipped by ABIS Arms are sent only to a properly licensed and verified receiving FFL, not directly to the customer’s home. The buyer must arrange for the receiving dealer to accept the firearm and complete required identification, ATF Form 4473, background check and other applicable legal procedures before release. Firearms picked up at ABIS Arms likewise remain on hold until the lawful transfer process is complete. Receiving dealers may charge their own transfer fees.
Shipping restrictions and order review
All orders are subject to federal, state, local and carrier restrictions based on the specific product, purchaser and destination. We will not ship prohibited products or to a destination where that shipment is unlawful. See our Shipping & Pickup Policy for detailed FFL and shipping rules.
Returns, cancellations and warranties
See our Refund & Return Policy for eligibility, cancellation and refund procedures. Firearm payment does not guarantee transfer approval. Existing manufacturer, ABIS Arms and statutory warranty rights are not limited by a routine change-of-mind policy.
Privacy and communication
Order and contact information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may contact buyers about availability, FFL information, shipment tracking, delays or transaction issues.
Required checkout acceptance
At future checkout, each buyer must actively check an unchecked box accepting these Terms & Conditions, with access to the Privacy, Refund and Shipping Policies. An unchecked box must block order submission. Online checkout is currently disabled on this staging site.
