What is included in a quoted Cerakote price?
Standard surface preparation and one approved coating color for the specified listed components. The written quote must state whether standard disassembly/reassembly is included in a displayed package. When an included $25 service is not needed because items arrive completely detail-stripped, including sights, ABIS may apply a $25 credit. No assembly fee may be applied twice. Extra gunsmithing, complex assemblies, surface repair, special materials and extra components require prior approval.
Project turnaround, deposits and warranty
Typical turnaround is approximately two to three weeks, subject to workload, scope and color availability. Special-order colors can add about a week. A written quote may require a deposit. Qualifying ABIS Arms Cerakote application carries a limited lifetime workmanship warranty; ordinary wear and tear, including holster wear, is excluded. Final written warranty terms govern.
Multiple firearms & verified service-member discounts
Cerakote package discounts are 10% for two qualifying firearms, 13% for three, and 15% for four, with five or more quoted individually. Verified law enforcement, military members and veterans qualify for 10% on one eligible Cerakote project, or an additional 5% on eligible package work, capped at 15% total discount on the eligible Cerakote service subtotal. Discounts do not stack with unrelated promotions or loyalty discounts. Taxes, special-order materials and non-service charges are excluded. Final eligibility and pricing are confirmed in writing.

Simple name or initials
Minimum charge for straightforward surface engraving. Actual cost depends on material, size, artwork and setup.
Custom artwork & deep engraving
Detailed designs, scrollwork, deep relief, large items and refinish combinations are quoted before production.
Bulk business-logo engraving is quoted by quantity, materials and setup. Artwork must be approved in writing. For materials supplied by the shop, deposits and timelines are quoted in advance.

Transfers require all applicable identification, ATF Form 4473, background-check and other legal requirements before release. Paying a fee does not guarantee eligibility or release. Consignment commissions and payments follow the customer’s signed agreement. Storage and pickup terms, if applicable, are provided separately in writing before acceptance.

Gunsmithing & repair
Inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, fitting and parts are scoped to the individual job. Any diagnostic fee is disclosed before authorization.
Custom rifle builds
Component selection, labor, finish, timeline and applicable deposits are documented in a written quote.
Services not shown, including non-firearm Cerakote jobs, are quoted individually. No work beyond the agreed scope is performed without required authorization.

Service prices and payment arrangements are reviewed with our team. A website inquiry does not create a reservation, layaway agreement, or payment obligation.
48-hour in-store hold
For an eligible, staff-approved in-store item, the hold lasts up to 48 hours. The fee applies toward the purchase if completed during the hold period; otherwise it may be forfeited under the written terms. Holds are not collected online while checkout is disabled.
Layaway inquiry
Standard reference terms, subject to a written agreement: eligible in-store items generally require 25% down plus a $20 setup fee; eligible Davidson’s/distributor items generally require 40% down. Staff must confirm eligibility, the full schedule, cancellation and refund terms in writing before any agreement or payment.
Credit-card surcharge
Where implemented and permitted, a surcharge may apply to eligible credit-card transactions only, never more than the applicable cost of credit acceptance or 3%, whichever is lower. No surcharge on debit or prepaid cards. Any applicable fee must be disclosed before payment and shown separately on the receipt.
