- 2 points per eligible $1 spent
- 6 points per eligible $1 during approved 3× promotions
- No point expiration while Plus membership is active
- $5 birthday reward, service-labor savings, member pricing, priority handling and spending milestones
A 3× promotion means three times your tier’s standard earning rate, not an additional 3× on top of it. Promotions are available only when specifically approved.

The minimum redemption is 500 points, equal to $5.
Points are calculated on eligible net purchases and rounded down once per transaction.

Membership-Year Spending Milestones
Earn milestone rewards based on eligible spending during each paid Plus membership year:
The first milestone in each $1,500 spending cycle.
The second milestone; milestones repeat in additional $1,500 spending cycles.
For example, the next milestone thresholds occur at $2,250 and $3,000 in the same membership year. Each new paid membership year starts a new milestone-spending total.
Important Program Rules
Purchases That Do Not Earn Points
The following are excluded from point earning:
- Sales taxes and government or pass-through fees
- Gift-card and store-credit purchases
- Membership fees and transfer fees
- Special orders individually designated as excluded
Activation & Renewal
Plus benefits begin after membership payment is recorded and activation is audited. Early renewal adds 12 months to your existing paid-through date, preserving remaining membership time.
Returns & Adjustments
Refunds adjust previously earned points and qualifying milestone spending. Any resulting points or reward shortage is flagged for staff review.
Expiration
Free Rewards points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Plus points do not expire while Plus membership remains active.
Combining Offers
Rewards, discounts and other program benefits do not stack unless a manager expressly approves the combination.
